Refund Policy

Digital Products

Each workbook pack is generated uniquely for your order. Because the product is created on demand and delivered immediately by email, we are unable to offer refunds for correctly generated digital packs once they have been delivered.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to digital content that has been made available with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right to cancel once access begins. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day cancellation right.

Regeneration for Order Errors

If you selected the wrong topics, exam board, or difficulty tier, we will regenerate your workbook at no extra charge. Simply email us at support@realrevision.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and what needs correcting.

Technical Failures

If your workbook was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, or if the generated content is significantly incorrect or incomplete, you are entitled to either a full regeneration or a full refund. Please contact us with evidence of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.

Printed Products

Printed packs are not yet available. When they launch, this policy will be updated to cover physical goods returns in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@realrevision.co.uk with:

  • Your order email address
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within one business day and resolve all issues within three business days.
